HOMEMAKER
Homemaking services are general household activities provided in the home to assist and/or instruct an individual in a household when the person is unable to manage the home for him/herself or when the individual primarily responsible is absent or unable to perform such activities.
COMPANION
Companion services are home based supervision and monitoring activities which assist and/ or instruct an individual in maintaining a safe environment for him/herself or when the person responsible for monitoring and supervising is absent or unable to perform such activities. Transportation services include transportation to medical, dental, or recreational appointments.
PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT
PCA services consist of Homemaker and Companion, as well as assisting them with their personal hygiene such as bathing, dressing, eating, based on need and the absence of the person responsible.
